About us
Adeem is a closed joint stock corporation with a paid-up capital of 30,000,000 Saudi Riyals. Established by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the decree of the Minister of Commerce No. 385Q, on 30/11/1429, CR No. 1010386883. The company established through the cooperation and collaboration of experts in the banking and real estate fields. In 2008, the Capital Market Authority issued the license No. 08111-06 licensing Adeem Capital to engage Managing Investments and Operating Funds , Arranging, Advisory, based on Islamic Sharia. The company started its activities in the Saudi market on 20/1/2010.What makes Adeem Capital differentiated, Is the approach it follows based on Sharia rules, specialized investment mindset capable of deploying investments in viable Sharia compliant investment channels. Our vision and mission are together to promote the company’s ambitions, with the focus on the values and goals aiming to exceed the expectations of our clients, shareholders, and partners.

It may come to mind at first glance that investment is limited to fixed and other assets, but investing in people is the most important investment, where they are the trustees on the development of thought and knowledge that maximize all returns: material and intangible. Investment with a growing and ongoing returns is based on the presence capabilities with specialization and qualification of high economic and financial mindsets who can streamline the flow of money into channels and vehicles that are safe and free of risk, but safer investment must be based on the sharia requirements which is purifies any profit that may be tainted by suspicion. Often, this will be possible only by having high qualification, knowledge, professional capabilities, and skills of Saudi youth who are driven by concern for the growth of assets and that purity its returns. Mr. Meshal holds the position of Compliance & AML Department Manager . He has more than 20 years of experience in the Compliance,investment fields. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, and holds many specialized certificates related to the field of compliance and AML . And corporate governance, combating money laundering and terrorist financing, such as the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certificate, the advanced certificate in compliance, anti-money laundering, and the international corporate governance certificate.

Mr.Nael Jalaa Tubayleh

Finance Manager

Nael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Science in Accounting from An-Najah National University. And a several professional certifications in the area of ​​financial management, such as financial auditor Certified and Certified Financial Manager. He also have the CME1 certificate.

He has 16 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial. Grown these experiences and knowledges in these areas through his work in the accounting department, in a competent offices & in the field of accounting and legal review, as well as, he got the expertise in managing different accounts of customers in multiple commercial and industrial activities and services and contracting. He also got the experience and knowledge in the preparation of financial statements through his work in one of the major financial companies.
He joined Adeem Capital in 2014.
