The Investment Banking Division (“IBD”) employs a team of proactive investment bankers dedicated to supporting sophisticated investors and corporations with tailored products and services.

IBD offers a broad range of capital markets (equity and debt), corporate finance and advisory services, including but not limited to:

• –        Merger and Acquisition;

• –        Loan Syndication;
• –        Securitization; and
• –        Financial Structuring and Re-Structuring

Asset Management Division manages both conventional as well as alternative investments. The team has extensive experience in managing Equity, Fixed Income, Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. Team utilizes multiple fund management styles with the objective of achieving highest possible return for the amount of risk being assumed. Risk is minimized using asset class, sector based and geographical diversification.
