Mr. Khalid Hassan Algahtani

Mr. Khalid holds a Master Degree of Arts in International Human Resource Management (IHRM) from

University of Northampton, Business School

Boughton Green Road, Northampton, UK since 2010. He received his bachelor’s degree in commerce from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in 1992.

He has a great knowledge and experiences in management where he holds several memberships in the Board of Directors of many major companies, also has a lot of memberships in business councils and Saudi Arabia in other Arab Counties.

Mr. Khalid is a board member of Adeem capital.

Mr. Salman Abdullah Bin Saedan

Mr. Salman is holding a Bachelor degree in computer science & mathematics, from the United State of America. Moreover, he Works in real estate for nearly forty years, during his life he founded many companies, including Akkar’s Company for Real State, Simpler Maintenance Company, Arehab’s villas company for Developing Buildings, Ulya Real Estate Company, Algad Company, Aradoon Company for Managing Projects, Real Estate Marketing Company, Abdullah Bin Saedan & Sons Company for Real Estate and Creative Real Estate Company in Lebanon. He was manger and Member of the Board of Directors in most of these companies.

He is a board member of the Tunisian Saudi Real Estate Company; the founder has received number of certificates of thanks and appreciation during his career. They include the shield of Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz (helping young people to marry), thanks and appreciation from the Governor of Riyadh Region and Chairman of Welfare Society for Orphans Care and many government and private agencies. He Shares in many of the cultural and social activities like membership in Charity Center for Teaching Quran and its Sciences, He was also a member of the Charitable association for Orphans Care, He Contributed to the chair teacher for the facilitating house in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals which the Group applies the results of its studies and research. He always adopts the application of Saudization in all sectors of the Group.

Mr. Salman Mohamed Alasmari

Mr. Salman holds Bs. In Management Information Systems from King Fahad University For Petroleum & Minerals which have been crafted through 10 years of expertise in Finance & Banking fields
His journey included multiple stations for knowledge enrichment, Mr. Salman participated in many successful ventures in his career in Banking, Telecommunication, Electronic Trade and Real Estate. In addition he successfully lead many constructional contracts in Business consultancy, Managerial systems, ISO Certification, Strategic Planning, Projects Management, Private Placements, Real estate, Private Equity and Real Estate Funds, Client relationship Systems, Company establishments and Banking Electronic Trading Systems. In addition to training to more than 5 financial institutions and two banks, two telecom companies and to six major real estate & development companies
He is also an active member in many professional institutions

Mr. Meshal holds the position of Compliance & AML Department Manager . He has more than 20 years of experience in the Compliance,investment fields. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, and holds many specialized certificates related to the field of compliance and AML . And corporate governance, combating money laundering and terrorist financing, such as the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certificate, the advanced certificate in compliance, anti-money laundering, and the international corporate governance certificate.

Mr. Said is a “C” Level investment management and financial services executive with hands-on experience in regional and international asset management and investment banking.
Prior to joining Adeem Capital in January 2018, Mr. Said served as Chief Executive Officer of Emirates NBD Capital KSA.
Mr. Said holds a M.A. in Economics (with emphasis on banking and finance) and a B.A. in Economics. He’s a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Nael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Science in Accounting from An-Najah National University. And a several professional certifications in the area of ​​financial management, such as financial auditor Certified and Certified Financial Manager. He also have the CME1 certificate.

He has 16 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial. Grown these experiences and knowledges in these areas through his work in the accounting department, in a competent offices & in the field of accounting and legal review, as well as, he got the expertise in managing different accounts of customers in multiple commercial and industrial activities and services and contracting. He also got the experience and knowledge in the preparation of financial statements through his work in one of the major financial companies.
He joined Adeem Capital in 2014.

He has a good Experience in Risk Management and Operational control and maintain a high Standard of operational control including risk management and Compliance Guidelines.

Mr. Turki Holds a B.Sc. Management of information System from king Faisal university and he is certified BS-25999 implementing Business Continuity Management System he was working as a customer representative at samba for two years then at 2001 he was an information System Securities Administrator at Riyadh Bank , at May 2003 he was Senior information System Security Analyst in ISSD at Riyadh Bank and he was a member of SAMA SARIE Security Sub- Committee .

From 2005 to 2008 he was a manager- information System Security ITG Officer in Riyadh Bank Also :

SAIRE Security Manager , a Member of ITG management Team , a Chairman of ITG recruitment Committee , a member of Change Advisory Board , a member of ITG  technical Evaluation Committee .

From 2008 to 2009 he was a retail Banking division and sales channel Manager and Acting Assistant Vice in Riyadh Bank

From 2009 to 2010 he was a project manager Alternative sales channels then an Assistant Vice president

From 2010 to 2011 he was Sales Planning and support Manager and Assistant vice President at Riyadh Bank
